Products and Cloud Engineering & Operations business function is responsible for ensuring that Basware continues to provide its customers with industry leading SaaS solutions to deliver true automation for the CFO’s office. As a global team, they create and execute the product strategy, new product innovations, roadmap, design, product development, and product launches for Basware’s global product portfolio. Together with other Baswareans, Products and Cloud Engineering & Operation ensures that our customers can successfully meet their business objectives through cooperating with Basware and using our product and service portfolio.

Professional Services is made up of Project Managers, Solution Architects, and Solution and Technical Consultants. We deliver customer implementation projects and provide continuous services that empower Basware customers to adopt, optimize, and accelerate the benefits of their Basware solutions and services. We work directly with our clients or through our network of implementation partners to ensure that every solution is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Our implementation methodology is based on best practices that have been refined over years of experience.

Marketing is responsible for guiding prospects and customers throughout their journey with Basware. Through providing thought leading insights, practical advice, and a roadmap for automation, in partnership with our Sales function, we enable organizations to drive the transformation of their AP and Finance functions. Leveraging industry leading marketing platforms including Hubspot, and the latest in AI technologies, we activate multi-channel marketing programs to help prospects get informed, build their business case, select the right-fit solutions, and make it all just happen for our customers.

Customer Support is made up of 200+ experts globally who provide professional, efficient, and effective technical support to Basware customers and partners in a manner that further enhances customer experience, satisfaction, and loyalty. We work to resolve customer cases and incidents to enable our customers to use Basware products and services efficiently and enable them to run their business seamlessly.

Customer Support draws on our collective expertise so that our customers realize the best possible business outcomes with Basware’s number 1 AP solutions.

Sales is responsible for growing Basware’s cloud revenue via new customer acquisition and by driving expansion within a satisfied customer base. Through customer-centric selling and collaborative account management, we lead prospects and customers through the buying process with Basware, leveraging sales platforms including CRM, CPQ and CLM that support managing the sales cycle.

In partnership with Marketing, Customer Services and Partners, the Sales function is pivotal in driving our mission of delivering true automation for the CFO’s office and making it all just happen for our customers.

Basware Corporate Functions supports Basware business by providing and continuously developing high quality tools, processes and expertise to enable successful execution of company strategy, effective operations, and happy internal and external customers.

Corporate Functions has skilled and development-oriented people working across the world in all of Basware’s 14 countries, with truly global ways of working, and consists of Digital Office, Finance, Human Resources, Administration, Legal and Sourcing teams. Together with other Basware units, Corporate Functions ensures that our customers can successfully meet their business objectives through cooperating with Basware and using our product and service portfolio.

The Basware Customer Success team is a global organization ensuring high-quality delivery and customer experience. Our Customer Success team works closely with our customers creating joint success plans, offering practical guidance to help customers achieve their goals, and allowing them to drive their business outcomes. The team helps to demonstrate the return on investment and acts as a trusted advisor. It’s not simply about making the customers content with our products or services, it’s about ensuring they are delighted and getting the most out of what we offer. The Customer Success team monitors adoption and health and focuses on helping customers use our products and services effectively. This approach is essential for retaining customers, increasing the value they get over time, and expanding their usage of our solutions. In a nutshell our Customer Success team ensures a healthy and mutually beneficial customer relationship.

The Solution Value Consulting team plays a pivotal role within the Basware Sales organisation. The key knowledge areas are structured around Value Advisory, Technical Advisory, and Solution leadership which are all underpinned by our Operations team.

Value Advisory focuses on the Value frameworks of Basware and works with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to lead, drive, and enable the organisation as well as supporting strategic sales opportunities. Technical Advisory focuses on the interoperability, integration, and compliance of Basware with a customer’s landscape and needs while the Solution Value Consultants work closely with sales to understand the customers’ needs, prioritise, define solutions and articulate value. The Operations team support the wider team from a demonstration engineering and bid management perspective.
